How/where do I put in a problem ticket. I looked on the web site and couldn't see where. I think I have a switch problem on my Prodigy. I do have a multimeter at home. Any advice on how to specifically nail down a bad switch. I know I can test the batteries and atomizer easily enough. Thanks.
