Problem w/ Lemo 2 Atomizer Base AFC ring

Help! The Air Flow Control Ring on the atomizer base is stuck. Is it supposed to spin 360°? How can I make it turn without unscrewing it from the coil stand (which is the rba section of this two-part base). I tried holding the base by the 510 w/ needle-nose but it still won't turn. I just got it today. Could it be defective? Anybody dealt w/ this problem before? May have to send it back.

The AFC does not spin 360. There are stops at full open and full closed.

Thanks Shawn. False alarm. I just figured it out. The AFC opens in the same direction as screwing the tank on the mod. But it is a very tight action. Which makes it difficult to close the airflow without unscrewing the tank. Not that bigga deal really.

It should loosen up with use.
Don't forget to close it before filling.

Ok. It's workin now. This is my first Lemo tank. Much airier tank than I expected. Intense flavor. Rich, warm vapor. Good clouds. No leaks yet. Mouthpiece gets a little hot. Lotsa people recommended this tank for MTL. It seems to me it would appeal to DL more. Currently using the coil it came with. .5ohm kanthal, @ 24W 3.4V on a istick 50W. Overall, it's ok.

The chimney is, IMO, a bit to open for a proper MTL experience. However, if you drop a narrow bore drip tip in there, and cut the AFC back to about 1/4, it will perform acceptably as a MTL tank.

It's interesting how much things have changed in the last couple years. When that tank was released, it was thought to have a lot of air. Now, people are recommending it as a MTL tank lol

For sure. I couldn't find a review that didn't recommend it for MTL. Narrower drip tip is a good idea. Not the easiest tank to fill. A syringe & blunt needle would make it easier. This is a flavor tank w/ good cloud potential. The only issues are the stiff action of the AFC & Juice fill inlet. I'm happy.

I would NEVER recommend it as an MTL at all.

Not as airy as tge Subtank Mini, Kayfun Mini Monster V3 or SXK Nebula Wine but way too airy for MTL.
