My wife and I each have Provari 2.5's. We have had them for about a month or so now. On my Provari, I can take a smok DCTank or a Protank, put them on and hand tighten them down and get a great draw. My wife's on the other-hand, cannot. If we hand tighten them down on her Provari, she can't get any air in and we have to loosen the tanks for her to get any draw which then the tanks become wobbly on top of the Provari. I don't think this is right or the way it should be. Anyone else have this issue? Any advice on how to fix this?

Cliven, I have a quick helpful tip for your protank. The heating coil inside has a rubber o-ring and when that is tightened down on top of the tightening of the tank to the ProVari, it squishes that o-ring to much and stops all air flow. Our suggestion is the loosen the heating coil head half a turn vs loosening the tank itself. This will stop the o-ring from being smashed and you will then be able to fully tighten the tank onto the ProVari. I hope that helps :)
