Problem with Bolt Switch?

My Bolt mechanical(semi) keeps firing when i screw on the battery. Even when I let go of the button. Still on. Trying to get more practice on some of my coil builds before my nemesis comes in. Any clue?

I've tried to google things on the bolt and silver bullet and i keep seeing things about replacing switches but nothing on just how to fix it. Anyone know what's wrong with the wires or connections or can direct me to something?

Unless you take your device apart, there is no real way to know what exactly is wrong with your switch

OTOH the bolt is known for having sub-par wiring and is normally the 1st modification that vapers do with it (replacing the wires to a heavier gauge) Furthermore, unless you are vaping 1.5Ohm coils or better, you should be using a totally mechanical device to do so

I pulled the white plastic part that holds the pin out and it looks fine....maybe i could try re-wiring... Ill give it a go in a bit...thanks

What resistance is the atty you are using?

I have a Bolt that works great, but I also have a clone that will constantly fire with a sub-ohm atty attached. Above 1 ohm is fine, but any lower and it goes batsh&t.
