problem with chocolate liquid

ok I got the 5 ml bottle of chocolate and refilled a cart with it. I tried to use it though and I cannot get ANY vapor out of it if I take 4 or 5 quick hard puffs on it then I can get vapor coming out but if I do that then inhale while I am really heating up the cart I still exhale no vapor. it does not matter if I am using an auto or manual batter same result. I put in 18 drops into it when I filled it up. any ideas suggestions or tips?

If you flooded the cart that can happen. Even if a drop gets down the middle it can flood without being overfull. A twirl can help (condom and plugs in, put in a bag or glove or anything that keeps the battery end out and the top inside) to force the juice where it belongs or even a light quick blow from the mouth end might get it out, just don't blow too hard or you will lose all your juice! Or even just let it sit overnight to let it wick up the juice.

I've done this a few times myself. Usually after a few good drags (6 - 12 approx.) it clears up and is fine for the rest of the cart.

If you give it a quick blow from the mouth end, as Taryn suggested, make sure you then wipe the battery end of the cart off to make sure there is no liquid on it.
