The draw on my 306DCA has gotten really tight. I have tried to unscrew the top a bit to loosen up the draw to no avail. I have used sandpaper on the pin to increase the connection, no help there. I have changed attys, still tight.

The juice I am using is a 70/30 PG/VG mix. Not sure if that will effect it or not, but thought I should mention it in case it does.

Oh, I am using the 306DCA on a Lava Tube with a MA306 at 4.2v-4.5v.

Any help would get great.

Thanks,
Duke

First thing I would try would be a good cleaning. Take the DCA apart and soak it overnight or put it in an ultrasonic cleaner if you have one with some high alcohol vodka or everclear with a drop or 2 of dish soap. Give it about 24 hours to work then rinse it out under good flowing water, make sure you get everything out of it that you can. Once it's all clean give it another rinse of vodka or everclear without any soap, this helps displace the water and speeds drying time.
Now set it in open air for 3 to 4 hours to make sure it's dry, or use a hair dryer to speed up the process.
Now put it back together, tighten the top cap all the way down then back it off about 1/2 turn and you should be good to go!
