Problem with Dovpo

Bought two Dovpo mods. Ithere were issues with each of them. They wouldn't work. I tried to go through Health cabin but they referred me to Dovpo. They never responded. I stopped emailing after I sent almost 20 emails . They never responded. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences.

I've only had a great experience with my dovpo mods. My og odins are still working and are regularly in rotation. I have odin 2 as well that works well but prefer the og size more. Hava other dovpo stuff in the stash but don't remember what. Anyway all still work. Maybe list what you have and get some feedback. Start a new thread, the sandbox isn't a good place to get attention and advice.
