Problem with Elektra Juice

I made an order with ElektraJuice on 21/03/2012, and subsequently paid on the same day via Interac eTransfer the total of the order which was $53.97.

I have not received any updates on this order, and the order status on their website hasn't updated from the "Processing" state since it was first posted.

I've attempted to initiate contact with them twice through their website "Contact Us" form and have not received any response whatsoever.

Has anyone else had a problem like this with Elektra juice? I know they're a relatively new operation. I've searched the forums and not come up with anything bad about them, so what the heck is going on?

What recourse do I have?

One would hope so, if they're still accepting orders on their website and still list stock.

By all accounts, I see they opened in November 2011 ... less than 5 months is a pretty short life, even for an e-cig vendor :p

TEchnically, they opened in October; I reviewed the eGo LCD I got from them on their grand opening special in the second half of October. I haven't really dealt too much with them since last November though so I don't know what's been going on with them. I hope they're still active, but it does show a bit of a lack of attention that they've still got Christmas signage up.
