Problem with KR808D-1 battery / No reply's from Frank

I have emailed Frank on multiple accessions about a battery problem that I have.
All I want to do is to exchange it for a new one since it is under warranty.
On 9/15, I have emailed frank with the problem (I have to inhale really hard for the light to come on and, on some puffs it doesn't come on at all) and he replied back with a solution on how to clean the battery.
I've followed the instructions and ended up with the same problem.
I have emailed Frank again a on 9/27 asking him to exchange the damaged battery.
No answer.
Emailed again on 9/28, 9/29, 9/30, 10/05, 10/6. No answer.
A simple answer from Frank would be nice.
Can someone please suggest on how I can exchange a defective battery?

There was no phone # on the invoice. All contact is through email.
I did get the same message that Frank was in the hospital and all orders will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
There was no indication on what will happen with exchanges or returns.
I see that a lot of people are happy with the results from CigEasy when they receive their product for the first time or when they order additional accessories but, I would like to see their replies after they'll try to exchange something.
All I need, is to exchange one defective battery.
Did anyone hear back from Frank recently?

I am a new member here and have found this site a great help. Thank you all! I was so excited to try electronic cigs and try to quit analogs.

But I am also experiencing a similar problem with Frank at Cigeasy. I ordered the Elegant full kit, it came in a timely manner, but the box was opened and was missing a battery. The cartridges were also the wrong strength, I think they are anyway, they are labeled high and I ordered the lower nicotine level. I can't know as I haven't gotten an answer. So I have not used anything yet.I read here he was in the hospital and his site was down fora day or so. But it has been back up for some time.

I also read people here were happy with his service. I have been giving him the benefit of the doubt as he was having health issues but I am finding it hard to be patient that I have not received even one response acknowledging he will deal with the issue when he can. I have sent several emails over the course of the last 10 days.

Does anyone here have a phone number for him? There is no phone contact on his website.

I ordered juices from cigeasy awhile ago and didn't have any problems- so I hope that you'll get it worked out when Frank is feeling better. You may also want to try the supplier's subforum if you haven't already CigEasy. The fact that it hasn't been updated makes me think he still may not be doing well.

A phone number comes up if you google the company address. However, I don't know if it's the right phone number....

I had read many positive things here about Frank and cigeasy before I placed my order. So while I was worried, I hoped he would come through when his personal issues allowed. I was correct in being semi-positive LOL (although personal friends kept telling me I was being overly optimistic and to write it off as a lesson learned).

I received an email from Frank along with a $25 gift certificate to replace the missing battery. I am excited to charge my one battery now and finally try out this new product!
