hi, welcome. I'm not really familiar with your unit but what kind of tank are you using with it? what coil? would you happen to know the ohms of the coil? I'm not sure this is true of your device but SOME units will shut off automatically if the coil ohms are to low or if the coil has a short or presents a danger. Have you taken the tank OFF and try to restart your unit (5 clicks on/off) if the light comes back on WITHOUT the tank on, that means it's likely a issue with your tank/coil. is the unit charged? if its charged and if it continues to stay off after the tank is removed and you have tried to turn it on, I would contact the seller of your unit for a return. let them know the issue. before you return it, do try removing the tank and powering it back on first.if that does not work I would call or email the seller asap. hope this helps. best wishes.

Check its charged , make sure its turned on , usually 3 to 5 fast clicks of the fire button.

This happened to my sister's iStick 30. She's a noob. I had her watch a video demo on YouTube on the button functions. She didn't realize she had turned it off accidentally.

On a side note, her original iStick stopped working altogether after 2 weeks. Defective circuit board I believe. Purchased another one online until she had time to return the original to the vape shop (3 hour round trip) and dropped/broke the second one 2 days later. Does this speak to the issue of reliability and durability?

The Istick 50w was my first box. It worked great until I tried building on my then-new doge v2. When that happened, it shorted out and never came back on, even with plugging it in multiple times. I was building in a shop, so when it happened they gave me a new one, which also ended up shorting in a week. They're a great mod for tanks like the subtank or nautilus, but aren't up to par for RDA's. If you can afford the extra coin, both the sigelei 150 and 75 watt temp control devices would be a very reliable, fun upgrade. Cheers!
