From everything above I read and understood, the only thing that rests is that, there must be some vacume leaking on the down air flow ring (when I am filling the tank), maybe orings inside are damaged, but I didn't see anywhere that you can take off air flow ring from the base, like you can take off it at Berserker mini, ..I hope you understand what I wanted to say

Has anyone tried to to take off the cover ring for afc from the basis of atomizer? Nothing else coming to my mind,
certainly the orings under, they are a problem because I don't see another problem, I tell you - the atomizer is made of top quality, it amazes me that it doesn't work properly.
Besides all this, I am an electronics technician and a servicer of audio devices and computer equipment, I am not used to giving up problems so easily, and since the last post I have warmed up to find out what the problem is.
So, thank you all for the advice offered:)

Problem found!
There is a small gap between the base and the air control ring. That part is static and I can't take it off. It gets air when it is filling, so the tank cannot be vacuumed when filling, and therefore always leaks when it is filled. Even when I strain it with my fingers and pull my mouth through the driptip, it feels like it's whistling. So whoever has Innokin Ares, should pay attention to the maintenance of that lower part.
