Problem with Map Tank Help

Well I got my map tank today and have had nothing but problems with it. First off I cant get my drip tip to fit I dont want to force it in I look at all the videos and all the guys just pop theres on and off mine wont even go on past the rubber washer on it. I bought a 510/901 drip tip that they said would fit? So I dont know. Next the top was snug when I took it off but nothing compared to what I have heard about how hard it is to get off. I didnt need anything to get it off but my hands. So I fill it alittle more than halfway wanted to leave some room till I get use to filling it and now the top just slips off if I just hold it by the half on drip tip. Anybody else have any of these problems from the newest batch? Am I doing something wrong? If i take a vap I hear air from somewhere? Maybe I just got a bad one. I contacted Bruce already about it or should I say cov support team. Waiting to hear back from them.Heres the drip tip i bought with it. Any advice would be great. As it goes now I cant even use it. I was SOOO stoked to get it to.

Have you used that drip tip on anything else? The reason I ask is that's the first drip tip I got and it was really hard to get on and off. Finally I dropped my PV with it on and broke it. I was making and order with madvapes at the time and got a cheap white one from there. It's a lot easier to get on and off.

my drip tip fits a bit tight into the top of my map as well. I dont take it out tho, I just run the top assembly under running hot water to clean. I've only had to take it out once when I was trying to push the top back onto the tube and it pushed the top tube with tip down into the cap. I had to remove the drip tip to readjust the metal tube to it's proper position. You can always just lightly wet the o-ring of the drip tip with some of your juice to get it in easier.

When you take the top or bottom end caps off the MAP/Mini you need to use something that will clean the juice from the "O" rings and the insides of the cylinder where the "O" rings seal. Juice, especially VG is like oil. I use PGA and Q-tips to clean mine. If your DT fits inside the Carto tube, and it's just a matter of the "O" ring being alittle larger than the tube, just push the thing in using a twisting motion. The seal will probably compress and go it the tube. If not, get a 510 DT from CoV. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the tips guys I have tried using alittle juice to lube the dt up but that doesnt work. That was my fear was to move the metal piece since that seems like the only thing that is a pain to move up or down.LOL. I will try to clean the o ring on the tank cap itself but it doesnt look like its even wet? I dont have anything else to try the dt on or I would just have a ego-t besides the map tank.

Cleaning it with PGA seemed to help seal it tighter. Wow its kinda a pain to clean the inside of it and I didnt even fill the tank halfway. I must of got some on one of the sides when filling.Probably impossible not to.LOL I love u guys. If it wasnt for the help I dont know what I would do. Thanks a TON. Ill have to remember to clean it with the PGA next time if I dont get a good seal.
