Problem with my month old ego T battery

One of the ego T batteries I got from Altsmoke just died out. I contacted Altsmoke, but because it's over 14 days, no offer of an exchange.

It was working great and then just stopped. When I've tried to plug it in the charger, the light on the manual button lights up for a few seconds and then goes out. The indicator light always stays green. Any ideas on how to do a little CPR on this puppy or is this a code blue? I expected these batteries to last a hell of lot longer than 30 days..

That really stinks. No help to offer, sorry other than maybe cleaning the connectors. Are you sure it's the battery and not the charger?

Just a FYI- joye batteries have a 6 month warranty at Liberty Flights. I think the Riva has 2 months.

Thanks for the condolences on my dead battery :(

The charger is working fine, I have been using it to charge my other ego T battery... I guess if there's no hope or explanation for this sudden death, I may have to have a friend who's handy with electronics do an autopsy on it. Altsmoke replied to my email about the battery by telling me I must have received a bad battery, end of story... Oh well.. I did just order some new 1000 mAh's from Heaven Gifts.. Humm.. Let's hope the ones that are being sent from "Heaven" last for eternity ;)
