Hi, new here. Seems to be a lack of information on this brand, so figured I'd ask here. My Rove started blinking 10 times today. Looked to have died earlier so I left it to charge, but the light on the battery itself doesn't light up while charging, even though it still seems to charge. Trying to use it just gives me the 10 blinking lights. Trying to warm it up with a double tap of the button just produces more blinking, but doing it with the cartridge out seems to work just fine. I tried a different (used) cartridge and it also doesn't work. So basically, the battery seems to work fine unless there's a cartridge attached, which doesn't really do much of anything. Confused as to why the battery still seemingly works on its own.
I'm seeing that it could be an airflow problem with the mouthpiece itself, and I have had those problems before where the oil spilled all over inside. I've tried cleaning it as best I can with a damp paper towel and some warm soapy water. I figure if that has a possibility of breaking it, it would have short-circuited and not light up at all. Luckily I had enough points to get a free replacement from their app, but if there's a way to salvage this one, I'd rather do that.
