Seemingly Unique Green Smart Living problem? Help?

I have other devices but I like this brand, they are Green and recycle. They do not use tobacco for the nicotine. But there are so many different products. I like mine and the company rep showed me a few tricks.

I use the same e-cigs and have had the same prob. easy fix... take the refill off and on your e-cig use a paper clip straightened and wiggle the circular metal tip where your e-cig connects. dont move it too much or you'll snap it off. i have to do this regularly with mine but it fixes it every time
