Problem with my vivi nova

I have vivi nova 2.5v and he is leaking from where the tank screwed to the bottom of the vivi.
I don't know why its happened but its new vivi nova (2 weeks from now) and its sucks :\
Any suggest what to do?

The bottom metal piece has a silicone o-ring on it to help seal the connection. Is that damaged or missing?

i see the o-ring i can't see any damaged to that but i think the scrowed of the tank is deamaged.
i don't really know what is worng with it, i want to buy new tank but im worry its not the problem

That's where my Vivi Nova leaked, too.

They're just too inconsistent.

My local B&M won't stock the 3.5mL vivi (only the 2.0) because of people reporting leaking.

For anyone who gave up on vivi's because they leaked, the 2.0mL ones are literally the most leak-proof things I have.

If it looks like a bad part, all those parts are sold separately. You might be able to just replace the base or the tube.

I'm sure they do. Can you go back there and ask them what they think? Maybe they can help? Or at least offer a new part?
