Problem with order...

I placed an order on the 28th and had problems with the spinning circle would not finish spinning. I called V4l and talked t a man about this. My credit card was charged and I got a confirmation of the order. I have not gottenmy order yet and went to V4L and saw the order had failed. Now my card is charged and I have a failed order. I just want my product and have started a support ticket, has this happened to anyone else?

I have a problem with that "spinning circle" thing myself once or twice! I can tell you to open a support ticket and call during business hours on Monday. I have 100% confidence that your order/charge will be straightened out!
