Just got a DSE601 pipe. I open it up and did like the instructions showed. Only got a flashing green light. The istruction states this is a sign of a low battery and so I charge it for 8 hrs. It still flashes. Tried the other the other battery and I put it in outside down and it worked, but the stem got hot to hold. Is there some thing I can do to get this pipe working right or just send it back?

Who did you purchase it from, a supplier from here? After you have 5 posts if they have a subforum you could probably post there.
