If I open a thread in negative supplier forum, I will link back to this one for the supplier to review.

Hey TigerLadyTX, how about you drop us a line if you do move this issue to the negative reviews. Inquiring minds are itching to know! When one of us gets slighted, we all do!

p.s. I do appreciate your discretion though :nun:

When I first started this thread, it was more of my looking for others' opinions of if I should contact the vendor regarding the issue, or if I should just let it go and let it be... After thinking about it for several hours, I realized that the vendor needed to be aware of the issue and given the chance to resolve the issue - so I PMed them as well as sent an e-mail. In fact, I have now PMed them twice, but have heard nothing from them yet.

Ok eleanor I get that, but why post it here at all then? U know cuz people are gonna want to know right?

Ya she's probably venting but WE ALL KNOW a year old juice is pretty unheard of unless mislabeled....(my tone is discussion not anger it just looks uglier in text!)

Tiger...juice is generally good for 2 years after being made...some even longer. As long as the juice does not taste like vinegar, vape it. I only know of one vendor that says theirs is good for 10 months but that is due to the types of flavorings they use.

However, I would be mad as a hornet too if a vendor sent me old juice.

If you received an order from a vendor that had two of the juices very near the expiratory date posted on the labels of those bottles, would you feel that they are safe for use?

I received an order today from a well known and liked vendor - of the 3 bottles I received, one is expiring in 3 weeks, the other in 7 weeks. These are 15ml bottles. Unless I really, really like these juices, there is no way that I will use them up before the expiry date. Would I be incorrect for requesting replacements of these juices?

Please advise,

Thanks!

~Tiger

Hmm I had some older bottles of eliquid in my fridge which had started to seperate and so on so I started to think about expiration dates myself. Heard somewhere it was around 12 months. I remember hearing also that it was not good to keep them in the fridge. Don't know about that one though.

A chemist where I work told me that condensation, upon opening a bottle, can get inside. Condensation is the home to many types of bacteria therefore can cause havoc. I don't chill mine and have some that is over a year old. Mine are kept in a cool, dark closet. It's some of the best juice I have and it's like vaping heaven.

Personally as long as they smell and taste good I'd think they were ok, (i know pretty much nothing about anything) I have some very old PIF juice Ive held on to for a while and they (seemed fine) at 3 ish years old  Yeah I know........

However I'd be pretty irritated if I bought and paid for juice that was about to expire.........I'd also be peeved if a vendor took so long without getting back to me...I hope you don't give them too much slack on this one Tiger, stand your ground!
