Ok, I have a problem with my Silver Bullet. The threads on the 510 adaptor have worn down and slip when I screw something into it.
I've only had my Silver Bullet for a little more then 3 years.
I've only dropped it a few times on the business end which torqued, broke or yanked out the atomizer or whatever happened to be screwed in there at the time.
I've only sat or kneeled on it a couple of times which also yanked out whatever was screwed into it.
I don't understand why the threads don't work any more.

Can you help me?

Definitely send us an email at support@altsmoke.com
From the sounds of it, the threads are worn out/stripped from use. Chad does repairs on those :)

Outstanding. (I wasn't sure if Chad was still working or had retired by now :)). I feel really bad that I haven't bought anything from you guys for 3 years now... but nothing needed replaced :).

email sent.
LOL. Not retired :)
I got your ticket and replied I will get him rebuilt for you :)
