Problem with Silver Bullet

Ok, I have a problem with my Silver Bullet. The threads on the 510 adaptor have worn down and slip when I screw something into it.
I've only had my Silver Bullet for a little more then 3 years.
I've only dropped it a few times on the business end which torqued, broke or yanked out the atomizer or whatever happened to be screwed in there at the time.
I've only sat or kneeled on it a couple of times which also yanked out whatever was screwed into it.
I don't understand why the threads don't work any more.

Can you help me?

I guess I know what to do to my 3 SB's to get them to last that long.
If I double up on the torture will they go 6yrs for me?

I had the same problem with my original SB. I figured with the 3 years of drops, and bending with it in pockets at work, I got my moneys worth. I can still get it to thread,but if I bump it the carto/atty will pop off. I really have to push down when threading to get it to work.

From the sounds of it, the threads are worn out/stripped from use. Chad does repairs on those

lol, Chad makes them from scratch in house.

How do you fix threads? Conductive epoxy? ive always thought about that, I still have a few mods that are unusable for that very reason.

You press the old connector out, solder the wire to the new one and press it back in .
