Hi. I'm having some problems with 2 of my t3s. It seems that it is not wicking fast enough..If I put it down for a few minutes and draw on it, it gives an excellent vape10 even though it's a bit airy but after 2 to 3 draws the flavor diminishes and gives a draw and tiny flavor vape. Has anyone ever had this problem. This is a pretty new t3 that I hardly used because I liked the warm vape of the x2 clearos

Thanks

It could be that your juice is too thick. I have found that when new I don't tighten them as much (closing the T3 after filling) and its a better moister hit. I close them all the way and then loosen them a bit every hit until I find the right spot. As the T3 head gets older I snap off the tube when refilling and take out 1 of the 2 wicks that are not threaded through the coil and then about a week later I take out the 2nd wick. I still keep the seal loose and I look for evidence of wicking by watching for bubbles. I also force wicking by sucking on it without pushing the button. I have a manual bat so I can do this. Another thing I do is spin the whole thing before taking a hit and look for a bubble. Oh and when I put my tube back in I don't put it all the way in and leave a hair gap. Play with the rubber ring when you refill and push it down with your finger. you will see it gets closer to the wicks the more you increase pressure on it.

Let me know how that works for you... I'm just wondering if my fiddling is a ME thing or if it works for someone else. Good luck

Just tried it with both t3s I have. Same issue. -.- I have a manual spinner too. Lowered it to the lowest setting but no change. I usually have thin liquid. The only liquid that was thick was the strawnana from nicquid but never had an issue with that on the x2 clearos. Any other suggestions? Everybody seems to enjoy their t3s :(

Did you take out a wick or loosen the T3 head from the tank? I loosen the tank a fraction of a turn and take a hit then I loosen a fraction and take a hit and I keep going until it works. I take it up to a half turn or so. At first I was afraid it would open and leak and I have gone too far and made it leak 2 times. Thats when I took out a wick.

If you haven’t already removed one of the loose wicks, here’s something you could try.

Take the coil assembly off the tank. On the coil, there is a cup shaped silicone seal. Lift it straight up until it comes off. Flip it upside down and put it back on the air tube where it was. Then put the coil back on the tank.

This will move the seal away from the wicks and let more juice flow. When upside down, the cup seal will get stuck on the air tube inside the tank, but you can get it off with tweezers when you need to.

I like that idea. I'm going to try it next time.

Grab the tube that the ring is on and wiggle it from side to side. Its kinda hard but you can snap the whole thing off. The 2 wicks will then be completely exposed and you can then lift them off. Separate them and put one back. Then just insert the tube back in. I press the tube back in on a hard surface because its hard then I put the whole thing back together.

thanks for that, but quick question if you remove one of the wicks, wouldnt it overflow into the chamber and then into the battery?

I have done it to 2 of mine and I started by splitting one of the wicks because I was worried about that but it was fine. A few days later I took out the other half and then a few days after that I took out the other wick. For my second one I just took out the whole first wick and it worked great for about a week then I took out the other. It makes them very adjustable to ones needs.

My current problem with the T3's is that they keep puking liquid on top of the battery post and gurgle. All of the air holes are free and clear, I even installed a new head to no avail. I have tried vaping slower, faster standing on my head, etc. you get the picture! I know that they will leak onto the battery when the fluid is low so I keep em topped off, but this is rediculous! I am going to the x2 clearo if I can't get a solution to this one! Arrrggghhh!!:-x

What kind of juice are you vaping? Its possible that its one of the ones that can cause "cracking"... I know I've got a few that I ONLY use in metal cartomizers at the moment (Though I did find a great deal on a kanger Protank (The glass ones, "cracking" juices won't hurt these) still waiting on it to arrive)

The juice might actually be what's causing your issues. Is it a cinnamon or "tart" fruity juice? (orange/ lemon/ green apple)

T3s are great when they’re working right. During the three months I used T3s, it seemed like I was always fiddling with the wicks. Dry or burnt tasting hits…remove a little wick. Gurgling or flooding…add a little wick. I used to replace the loose wicks with one piece of 2mm silica wick and then remove one or two strands from the new wick if I got burnt hits.

If it was only an issue with one head I would say check and see if your rubber ring didn't come off. But since you changed heads it makes me wonder if it has not developed a crack in the seal between the tank and the mouth piece or a hairline crack in the tank.

Well, I have 3 of the T3's and it's happening with all 3 of them. I am using SI 555 in one, VR K-Max in another, and BWB Malty Toffee in another. They all "Crackle" so I believe it's a problem inherant to the T3's. I will just use them till they die or annoy me enough to get some more X2's.

I only use T3s...after 3mths of using them...I find the very dark chocolate like colour juicers....or higher then 50% vg...will always be a problem...after about half a ml....of vaping...so ive just given up on those...and I stick to..the lighter colour fruit flavours..also I don't have any issues with the nicQuid fruits or desserts

I never use juices with higher than 20% VG like nicquid and the volt classic grape. I'm using the classic grape from volt lineup right now, after a few vapes it gets dry and muted taste...I switched to a new coil replacement just right now and its still having the same problem.. i usually vape under 3.7...majority of the time at 3.3 with the spinner because of the dry hits...but that doesnt help neither... 2 T3s, and 2 extra coils...produce the same problems....

really wanted to like the t3 as it has so much great reviews but i never had the problem with the x2 clearos... only thing with the clearos is that its hard to switch flavors because you cant change the coil heads
