I have a vision VW and when I try to use the 2 trustfire batteries the Vision VW will power up show batter voltage as good etc. But when I try to fire it up it goes dead until I reseat the battery. They work in my provari but not the vision. The battery number is correct but they just won't fire in the VW. Is there something diff about the trustfires or is it the PV?

Are they protected? Are you exceeding the amp limit on the PCB? Try some IMR's, slap a shortstop or vapesafe in there if you feel the need for more protection than the mod already brings.

I failed to notice the PCB in it. I looked up PCB and they say that is also BMS Battery Management system. Preventing the battery from discharging to low. So I guess there is something in the battery as other batteries work in it. Thanks. Asked this on the Veterans thread and it never got posted two times.

Generally, if the batteries are protected, the pcb on them is cheap and not going to last forever. I believe the mod you are referring to is just a Vision made Vamo, it already has protection built into the mod. High quality IMR's are the way to go.
