Problem with Wenax M2

My new geekvape's Wenax M2 always lights green when charged with 5V 2.1A as prescribed, however when plugged out it soon stops working. Sometimes it also stops while charging, I have to re-plug the charger and only then it works. Is this normal behavior at the beginning?

IMO, it does not sound like normal operation.


Since it is a new product, contact the vendor for product support or replacement.
Escalate to Geekvape if a vendor resolution is not possible.

I'm with Izan. That doesn't sound normal.
