ok here's my story..
I bought a 901 and some extra batterys and juice. I quit smoking which was great but the batterys kept dying too quick etc.etc.

So i bought a TItan from Totally wicked. 5 Bats, 5 Atomizers and the starter kit. I loved it at first . Then one by one each battery kept dying fast. The atomizers dont seem to work. So i started smoking again. I couldnt handle all the stress of batterys and ats. dying over and over.

Now im ready to quit smoking again and ecigs are the best way for me if i could just find one that worked all day. Ive been going over the forum looking for reviews and deals but its really hard to know for sure. I saw great reviews on the titan but the mega power batterys are not what they should be. I have 7 of them and they all suck.

So im trying to figure out what the mods are all about. Ive seen a couple mo d box reviews and they look great. I am also interested in the tornado from totally wicked since it goes with the couple atomizers i have and battery chargers and states that the battery last all day.

So my question is what is the longest lasting mod or mod box and where should i get it. The Glv looks nice but ineed something sooner then 2 weeks to a month. I also saw a couple mod boxes that look awesome.

What should i do?

I think Jay has some GLVs for immediate sale. 5v and 3v models. PM him to see. GLV works great. Id get the 5v if I were you..

Also if you are in need of a good mod that will last all day get a Omega from altsmokes . Can do 3 or 6v.

Hurry though they are going fast. Uses the 18650 battery and will vape like 2 days off a charge.

There are lots more but these are my favorites.. Ego is also nice if you want something smaller. The Hello from Nhaler 1300Mah battery . Mod boxes are around from cloudsofvapor.com that uses a 14500 battery that will last mostly all day.

good luck!

I'm always slightly wary of the 'lasts all day' claim as I never know how often the reviewer (that is, a reviewer from the product page the item is being sold on) is vaping it for. Here on ECF, people usually say how long nad how hard they vape.
Isn't the tornado an eGo clone? If so 'all day' might be pushing it some - all day to ME means 24 hours btw, not 8 or 6 or so lol.
I hear good things about the provape1, the chuck, the SB all lasting a long time.
I'm sure others have opinions who OWN those mods and can steer you r ight :)
My longest lasting one right now is a couple hours (mini vape stack) which is still better than my standard batts lol. Thats why I use my PT so much :)

Yeah, there's nothing like knowing the true mah capacity of your battery. An eGoXL is an "all-day (at work)" battery for me. In fact, it's a bit better than that. But there are people who report 4 hours on a std. 510 too, and "all day" for a regular eGo. I'd get about 5 hours on the regular eGo.

Since you like the looks of the GLV and mentioned the wait time you may want to check out this thread : The GLV body only custom color event is open.

The Provape mentioned above is definitely another great reliable option IMO and the 14500 batteries do have a good lifespan. Also the eGos are great performers. Obviously exact times vary drastically between users depending on usage.

Hello ngc7,

If you are looking for longevity? A High Quality manufacturer with a six month or longer warranty "Pass Through" in a 510 atomizer or Cartomizers for that hassle free, load and vape for longer than 10 minute experience! Look for a 5volt-2amp plug into your 120volt electrical socket or 5 volt-2 amp plug into your 12 volt car cig adaptor! This IS a constant, always Hot and Fresh vape with NO battery bleed down! This will definitely solve your battery problems! Now it is just a question of an atomizer that can stand constant vaping? Even the large battery mod 18650 cannot compete with Chicago Power and Light! :vapor::vapor::vapor::D

And IF your desire is to quit the analogs? Then you have come to the right place for an honest, accurate, on top of the table information from "The Many" that have Won the analog battle! The veterans of vaping here are pioneers or shall I say experimental subjects(self induced guinea pigs) that have literally been there and done that with The Good-The Bad and the outright disgusting products from the snake oil vendors that try to sell them to Us!

Those vendors that ARE Snake Oil Sales, eventually do-not stand a chance of more than a few sales of BAD products and/or services to the ever watchful, highly vocal reporters here, that post their personal experiences on ECF.

When any of the GREAT vendors truly bring forth a Quality, value added product for sale? The entire membership is quickly informed through the forum as well.

As WHAT to do next? DO NOT GIVE UP! Keep reading, Keep asking WHAT IF? about any product or service that the Highly $$$ Inflated - sub-quality products from those Snake Oil business's that proclaim "We Are" better than sliced bread!

Which in reality are ONLY self-serving to get their hands on your hard earned dollars and then leave you with not only a empty pocket, but a confused and very poor concept about a Great Way to break the analog death grip had/has on many of us!

Vaping will become better and better for you and All of Us as "WE" freely and openly "TELL IT LIKE IT IS" to each other and The World that seeks a Better Way to Bury that Filthy Analog, Slow Death Guaranteed Habit!

And YES! I was smoker for over 40 years at 1 plus packs per day!

I do have several mods but for out all day and at work I use the Ego and Riva. The way I make sure to not run out is....I own 2 Egos and 1 Riva, complete kits with 2 batts in each. I have a fast charger at work, charger for the car and two at home:) Never run out if you have enough spares, that is my motto and it works for me.

Oh boy I so relate to that, I virtually sucked the life out of the mini e cig in about 6 weeks, including the extra batteries I ordered to go with them.
I was starting to wonder if there was anything better out there myself.
And I saw a lot of people raving about the 510, but they look much like the mini e cigs I thought well how are they going to last longer.
I mean I would have about 10 min if I was lucky vaping and then have to charge them again.
So I tried a 510 mini e pipe and I love it, admittedly I still have to charge the batteries 3 times a day but that was better than every 20 min.
And I am waiting on the deliver of a 510 Ego, so I'm hoping that this will end of my quest for now anyway.
Just so I can settle in and enjoy a good daily vape for awhile.
And yes I smoked for 43 years (40+ cigs daily) and with the vaping I cut back to 2 analogs a day for the first 4 days then stopped completely that was 2 months ago now, and I have never looked back.
    Just love to vape......! :D

    Ecigs aren't for everybody.

    That's helpful.

Anyway ngc, here's a list of available mods. e-Cig Mod Database | e-Cig Battery Tube Mods
I realize that you posted this nearly a month ago so I hope you see it. I would suggest that you look for a unit that uses an 18650 battery. They easily last more than a day. Some people say they last two days. I hope you see this before you buy something else you don't like. Good luck.

Lots of mod's here last mostly all day.

The Reo, Tekkeon Mod ( 2+ days ) The Chuck, Box Mods, Glv, FistPack ( another 2 + day one), Little Sister, Saber Touch Mod, Silver Bullet...and many more.

These are bigger mod's...but definately more powerful and longer lasting.

All of the above take either a 18650 or 2x14500 batteries...and if you want something to last all day long, it will take these larger batteries to accomodate that.

It's true. Pretty sure the OP is long gone but talk amongst yourselves.

How does a basset use the rings without opposable thumbs? Or does that make it easier?

I'll probably just end up making my own, but I was looking around for something using the 17670. I think maybe a GGTS, but they cost a lot.

Hello All, I am a new member so I apologise in advance if I am not using the right abbreviations etc... anyway I am thinking of buying a gamucci or a gammuci micro from a website called everyonedoesit.com. Does anybody which product is better or if there are any other products that you can recommend in the same price region? Also does anybody know if the site is ok to buy from?... Thanks in advance :)

An ecig is not as convenient as an analog. You can't just light up all day long, throw away after smoking and open another pack.

Vaping is more like smoking a pipe. You have to maintain the device, fiddle with it to make it work right, clean it, and put up with the little shortcomings of the habit.

With an ecig, there are batteries to charge, carts to fill, atomizers to clean, and juices to carry. That said, you can charge Ego batteries all night, fill a few carts, and vape all day on two Ego batteries. You will have to carry a bottle of juice to top off carts with and a little bag containing tweezers and some paper towels.

There's a price to pay for vaping. Some will not want to put up with the hassle, others are fine with it.
