Problems fixing up the steam turbine

Just got the steam turbine 2 days ago. Tried to fixed up the mesh and the coil but it just wouldn't heat up. I'm using the default wire and mesh that comes with it... Wondering if its a wire/mesh issue ?

Do I really need to get kanthal resistance wire or just the default wire will do ?

yes, i get 0.8 ohm based on SVD reading, AGI on Private mod by Grand vapor. Huge vapor and good throat hit.

Yes, I uses more on mech mod, cuz i don't need to really play with voltage

Might not be making any contacts with the mod maybe? use a multimeter and check its continuity.

Pics of your coil setup would be better so that others can see what's going on there. Otherwise, it's hard to say really.

1) Did you torch the mesh? If not, do you know how to pulse the coils on an unoxidised wick?

2) How many wraps of the kanthal / res wire did you go around your wick?

3) Are both ends of the wire securely trapped at both ends ie. +ve and ground?

4) Is your atty making contact with your mod?

And the list of questions continue... There are too many unknows to address your issue here.
