I don't know why, but I'm having problems with the threading on my clearomizers ending up too tight to take apart by hand. Is there any way to put them together firmly enough to prevent leaks and still be able to get them apart for cleaning and changing coils? It has been an issue with several materials, brands and types.

Is there a lubricant that can be used? A technique that I'm missing? Somehow I don't think that I should have to use pliers to do this.

I saw another thread that was model specific and wanted to bring this up as a more general question. It may be worse for me since I have hand problems, but it is enough of a problem that it could end up being a deal breaker for me and vaping. I don't want to go back to analogs so any ideas would be appreciated.

Lol I keep the bottom tight on my t3s so it doesn't come apart when I take it off the battery but if it starts getting tighter than I tightened it i clean all the threads on both parts of the carto with a small deltal brush or tooth brush. I've learned just using a paper towel on the threads doesn't really get in there well to remove gunk in the threads.

Remember not to over tighten them from the get go too. The seals on them are made to compress and provide a decent seal, but if you crank down on them from the beginning it cam cause them them to flatten or deform making it harder to get a good seal. Then you find yourself tightening more and more to get it to seal until you're wondering why it's so hard to get them apart ;)
I would use both the suggestions above, but I wouldn't suggest using any type of "anti seize" on them for fear of it winding up in my liquid.
