Hi everyone hope everyone OK I got a problem that I need help with I have just bought a kangor tech mini top box 70 w and I put it on charge last night and it over heated and now I fixed it the wattage buttons at the bottom don't work and when I fire it up I burns that back of my throat and it makes a loud popping sound can anyone help me it's brand new it cost me 55.99 and I not happy with how it's turned out after a day. If anyone has a solution I'd be so happy if anyone could help me thanks. The guy gave me a smok top on it not the original one I tryed change the coil but still to strong for me taste like ist burned and really make my throat sore. Please can sonde help me I lost 60 pound if I can't get it fixed

Contact the vendor and claim warranty. This should not have happened. If they are legit, they will replace. If they do not, we will try and help further in whatever way we can.
And in the future/for posterity, probably don't use a device you are concerned had some failure bad enough to cause it not to work, even partially. If you only found this out because you tried to vape, check your devices before putting them to your face.

It was fine coming out of the shop I got home it went dead I put it on charge and that's when the problems have started it not the first vape that this has happened the first one I got off him it would not chagrin and he said u have to turn it all the way tight and one click to the left so it's the second one I got. I thought if I spend more money on a better one it would work others have bought off him and there fine I just don't understand why mine don't work can it be fixed or do I have to buy a new one he gave me the rong top to it he gave me a smok alien top for the kangor Top box mini I don't understand why he said the original one did not work properly. Hope he has not ripped me off were is the best place to get a prefect vape but screw to spend so much money on them now after this one.
That doesn't sound right at all. Seems a bit shady and if you got TWO devices from them and they both are giving you issues, get your money back and spend it elsewhere.
I use the battery he gave me he took the one that come with it out and gave me a different one I asked him to charge it for me and then he said he had to swap the battery's as it was not charge and then he said I given u a better top for it a smok alien top for it I sets to spend money any were els now when he given me a bad experience about vaping
Did he sell you a used mod? Those don't come with batteries when new in the package. Do you know what kind of battery you have?

Sounds to me like lousy batteries or your trying to push too much power through maybe 10amp batts or clone batts. I personally would never buy batteries from a store vendor no matter if they said they are genuine, maybe their supplier sold them clones. Batts have to come from a reputable dealer.
Post a pic of your batteries and someone will tell you if they are worthy or not.
