AusPost won't accept batteries for international shipping!?! So I can't return them!
Absurd! Considering all the millions of mp3's, phones, computers, etc... not to mention e-cigs they deal with daily.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or did the woman at the post office have something against me!?
So, the question is, how CAN we return our dodgy batteries under warranty?
Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Yes AusPost is correct.

They will not allow Li-ion batteries to be shipped via Air

They will allow it if you ship it cheapest donkey post option.

Same goes for domestically in Aus

I checked out the AusPost website and looked into their dangerous goods policies.
I just find it unbelievable that they'll ship batteries to us, but not the other way!
Absurd, contradictory and utterly nonsensical!

One of the benefits of buying local I guess. Not having to deal with overseas warranty claims.

You should check out JPT Australia or any Battery Specialist.

If you send it back via SeaMail it should get wherever it is going and be shipped back to you via Air prior to Christmas and be much cheaper on the postage as well I would imagine.
