1. no one has mentioned that the PG nicotine mixes feel stronger than the VG mixes.
2. if you really want to find out you can read the nicotine measuring threads (sorry don't have the link at hand but very visible in the DIY (do it yourself) section. You can make a little test kit and find out how big the variance in you purchases really is.

I just hope the companies making the juice are using a nicotine mesuring system in their nicotine, I understand that most of these companies, if not all, do not make their own nicotine and therefore are somewhat dependent on another supplier...but if they can measure it I believe they should measure it.

One thing that could be a factor is steep time in the "warehouse", most of us know as little as one week in steep time can make a difference in juice taste...so I imagine if you get a 15 day old juice as opposed to a freshly made and then mailed 4 day old juice you might experience taste differences, its why I was concentrating more on nic level here. I do like that BWB went to a born on date though, at least it helps you get a handle on the juices age.
