Like AriM, I placed an order on Dec. 26, 2011. It is now Wednesday, Jan 18th. I called and talked with a man named Andrew about 10 days ago. He explained that someone had done something to his computer list but he "found" my two orders and they would go out that day. Well, it is now Jan. 18 and I still don't have the two orders I placed! Since reading AriM's experience, I'm afraid that I will find all my stuff also in poor shape ... if it ever shows up.
