My friend and I bought 4 e-power kits less than one month ago. 3 out of 4 had bad switches. They sent out 2 "new" switches that looked used and those also didn't work. One of the replacement switches was definitely an older model (blue light) that was taken off the market due to problems months before I purchased these kits. There is a problem with these switches and now we are stuck with 4 kits that don't work. I told Andrew straight out that I believed he was selling these kits knowing they were defective. While he did write me back he did not deny this. I thought at he very least he would refund me the money for the kits as it had only been a few weeks and I was NOT happy.
I tried to leave the following review (below) on their website but apparently they only allow "good" reviews to be posted. Not cool, not cool at all. There's more to the story (like Andrew calling one of the more respected board members on here a .....", I have the email)
"The only product I've purchased from Crystal Clear Vapes that I'm disappointed with. I bought two e-power battery kits. Worked great for a few weeks and then the dreaded switch problem, the "white LED of death" as it's known! Andrew was great and sent me out a new switch. Now the new switch, as well as the other switch are both broken. Three switches out of 3 dead. I talked to Andrew and he told me there was also a problem with the battery and coil. A friend of mine also bought 2 e-power kits around the same time and had one out of two die and he just told me the other switch is acting up.. There is definitely a problem with this product. So now I have two kits that are essentially worthless and my friend the same, An expensive lesson. I would suggest waiting until this problem is solved before risking your money. A quick check on Google shows this is not an uncommon problem.
