Problems with my new Riva

I have a problem with a new Riva 510 Mega T-Rex - Carto Deluxe. It's said to be compatible with the e-Go cartos and accessories because they are all 510 threaded. The problem I'm having is that the e-Go XL Cartomizers that I got to go with it won't work. It seems, after comparing my Riva with my husband's e-Go T, that the Riva is threaded a little lower, causing it to choke the cartomizers. The Riva and the e-Go were chosen because they were supposed to be able to use the same cartos and atomizers, making it easy to share these things if needed. Unfortunately, it seems that everything works with his e-Go and not with my Riva.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this problem and knew a fix.

hello. i've never used those, however on a regular atty, you can gently wiggle up the center post. you want to do it just a little at a time. try a bent paper clip in the firing pin hole and just pull up slightly as you turn it

Thanks! That, along with my hubby increasing the air notches on the XL cartos has really helped. I am, however, considering switching cartos once these are done. I'm looking at the Boges and the FLuXomizers. I'm also totally open to suggestions for better cartos.

I had the same issues with my Riva batteries -- I used up those cartos on my ego. Glad you found a fix.

I use a lot of Boge cartos (have some LR on the way!!), and I think the new hot thing is the dual coil cartos (also have some LR on the way )

My fiance and I use XL LR Cartos from IkenVape and we really love them! Boge are great, too!

I bought Punkflute the Riva and her husband picked out an Ego-T. Shouldn't the Ego-T atomizer work on the Riva? It doesn't

I just got some dual coil cartos in from Hoosiers. I recommend them. Holds a ton of juice and the vapor production will knock your socks off. Make sure your battery is at least 650 mah though.
