Ok so I quit smoking analogs about 4-5 weeks ago and bought myself a Joye 510 kit. After I realized I had a completely new addiction called vaping I went on and ordered from totally wicked a 3.7V Screwdriver MK2 and a 3.7V Tornado. I have the stock attys and for the first couple days I didn't touch my 510. Now I don't know if it is user error which I believe it is or a problem with both units. I started the drip method and really enjoyed it but when at work I am unable to keep dripping. I normally have to use carts. So with all this said both my screwdriver and my tornado have been giving me problems. I can top everything off and when I go to cape on either one I have to do about 5-6 initial pulls to start getting vaper. I cannot get a good strong blast of vaper if I try. I have tried different juices and none have worked. I am currently using nuvape's high voltage cherry bomb juice. Awesome by the way!!! Does anyone have ideas or cures. I have also cleaned out all of my attys too.

It sounds like the cart is not wicking well. Make sure the filler is very wet and the atty bridge is sticking into it a bit. Stock filler material can get tamped down and thus not reach the bridge well. Make sure it is fluffed up and very wet, even pooling a bit.

You may have to try a cart mod, like blue foam or ZFM. I use the ZFM mod myself:

Cart mods in general are discussed here:

The stock filler even when working well still often does not give more than 5 or 6 good hits...it holds onto juice too well in general. See if you can make it work a little better with my suggestions, but realize you may just have to bite the bullet and mod the cart.

Good luck!
