Problems with new coils

Hi all,

I'm using a Kangertech Pro tank 3, along with an iTaste MVP battery. I understand that the PT3 should be used with 2ohm dual coils. However, whenever I put a new coil in, no vape. Apologies if this has been answered before, but I'm new to the forum and couldn't find anything searching.

And I am using original Kangertech 2ohm dual coils, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with the new coils.

Are you checking the ohm of the coil? I have gotten a few in a new pack that the ohms were to low to even fire on an APV.

Are the coils you are attempting to put in designed for the PT3 or are they designed for other PT's ?

Another question, I am sure of many, what juice are you using... I assume by the way to asked the question it was working fine before changing the coil.

Quality control at Kanger sucks right now, so what can we say except try a different new one.
That's what always happens when a company starts worring more about bringing new products to market than they do about QC.

Yes, I've been chatting with tech support as well as friends who are well advised with vaping since I'm new to it. I just bought a new 5 pack of 2ohm dual coils, they're even stamped at bottom with 2ohm, and appear to be original Kangertech coils. Frustrating! I've even tried priming them by taking a few rips off the unit without the buttton pressed, and I've tried several different brands of coils. When the the thing works, it's amazing. But it's these little things I'm still tryin to figure out.

And yes, same juice as I've been using the whole time... it's 18mg juice from Totally Wicked. Worked with old coils that look identical to new ones I'm tryin to use.
