Hi, I am new on this forum and I would like to know if anybody had problems with the smoke51 e-cigarettes. I have 5 batteries so far that I bought plus a USB charger kit and an electronic charger. Spent over $300.00US and I have nothing to show for it except frustration. The battery works for the first time and then stopped I try to charge all 5 of them but they won't work again. Any one has a solution for it. I am 72 years old I have lung problems and I have to stop smoking real cigarettes. When it did worked, I really enjoyed it but then one day after I received the cigarettes smoke51 everything dies on me after 24 hours.

Hi Blue, welcome to the forum.

Make sure you've charged your batteries fully, some people say that charger lights are unreliable and you need to leave the battery charging for eight hours no matter what colour it is.

If you're sure you've given them a long charge and none of them work then you might have a faulty charger.

Another thing that tends to be faulty with batteries is the switch. It should go on when you draw but sometimes they get stuck.

Check the charger first, give a good long charge and see if that works.

Let us know how that goes and if there's still a problem someone might be able to suggest something else.

try to get a refund and go get a good penstyle or 901 , i LOVED my smoke51 at first but it was all downhill from there. Horrible customer service mixed with an extremely unreliable product. I didn't start truly enjoying my vaping experience until i got my ultimate 901 kit from Kate at TheSmokelessshop.com

I too am having battery probs like Blueora. Have sent back three and bought 2 more. They were supposed to be the newer improved batt. I'm waiting on replacements, then I will have 5. I bought a usb charger, too, and the wall adapter seems to be loosely connected---you have to push it real hard and wiggle it for the cig light to come on. My batts will just stop working, or gradually stop. My new batteries' lights never go out to indicate they are charged like the older ones. My first batteries were bouht mid feb. and new ones got here last wk. I expect the three replacements to get here late next week, along with a replacement charger. I am so disappointed, because when they work it's great. was able to totalyy stop real cigs, till had these problems. Anyone else have to return this many batteries?
