Problems with the site?

I can't even log in or reset password.

I was having problems for about 3 weeks, I didn't want to call and go over my order cause I know they are very busy and plus I was at work and couldn't,t call while working so going to do it on my lunch, if I have time.Andy give them a call they will help you.
 
When I try to log in tonight, Firefox is giving me the "Untrusted Site" warning. Has anyone else had this problem? I want to place an order tonight because I have a coupon that expires at midnight but I'm nervous about that warning. I've never had that happen with the V4L site.

Pam, I've posted a fix for this today. This is generally a cookie cache issue. Try this depending on the browser you are using:

For Google chrome, you go to history>Clear browsing data>Obliterate the following items from: The beginning of time(everything for Firefox)> and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th options should be checked off(1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th for Firefox). (you do not need to delete saved passwords)


For internet explorer (or Firefox)follow these steps: Hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete and the following options should have a check mark on them: Temporary internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, History, Download history, and form data.

If this doesn't work, try rebooting your PC. Please give CS a call if you continue to have trouble. 847-944-8200. CS will gladly honor the promotion if you missed the window. Take care! =)
