I think SI has been great. The products are easy to use and the flavors are great [I had one I didn't like but all the others have been doable or really good tasting. I can see that taste is really, really subjective but, having said that, I think the e juices are definitely worthy of SI].

Since flavors are so subjective, the samplers have been awesome! I also can get the cartos in one flavor and the refill bottle so that I can, for example, get the five Ry4 cartos and then refill them with the Ry4 juice. I like it. Simple and straight forward.

I like that all the stuff tends to work on the fat and the skinny batteries. That way, I can always use the cartos and the clearos and the CE3's in what ever combo with the batteries.

The customer service really has been good despite your growing pains. Imagine, you make it fun to be a Voltie.

Those that have been customers for any length of time know SI's dedication to having the best customer service in the industry. As I was explaining to new customers that had issues during this time period..”This corporate culture doesn’t change overnight they will fix their problems and get back to providing the fantastic customer service that has earned SI the great reputation it has”.

I’m happy that the growing pains are being dealt with, and the “perfect storm” of technical glitches, expanding customer base and opening the new store are fading into the past. I appreciate the honesty that you guys have displayed in keeping us informed.

Now that the trainees have gone through this period, they should be ready for the next huge wave of demand spikes when the newly designed CE’s come in. I’m sure they won’t skip a beat.

I guess that no matter how hard someone may try, things always go wrong. The fact that SI tried hard, very hard, to make everything right and satisfy all the little things that went wrong (and continues to do so, fix everything that is :) ) is what keeps me ordering from SI. The leaders of the pack are important, but the entire staff should be aware of how most of us Volties feel about their efforts!

Please don't take this as a complaint, as it is not. My past orders were usually placed on Friday nights, shipped on Saturday and received on Monday.

I placed an order this past Friday morning, and as of Monday night still hasn't shipped yet. It's ok, I'm just excited to play with new toys!

My last order was over a week to ship, probably because it had a t-shirt in it and I suspect they make those as they are ordered. I just got the email today that it shipped. I don't have any issues with that at all, since everything I ordered fell into the "extra goodies" category for me. However, I'm wondering if there is some way that our account page can be updated - or an email somehow generated - to let us know when one item might be holding up an entire order.

Hi Guys resurrecting this thread to give you some updates.

SI has grown tremendously and a big thank you is owed to all our wonderful Volties!

Growing to this size is a blessing, but has lead to some growing pains...which is a good problem to have :)

We literally have no room in our current space...There are boxes in the packing room, there are boxes in the back room from floor to ceiling....There used to be a break room...that no longer exists....there are now boxes there from floor to ceiling. We need more CS people but have no place to put them. Our warehouse looks like an episode of hoarders with paths through the maze of boxes lol.

So we have officially just signed the lease on our new space. It is 5x the size of our current space and will leave us with room to grow for a while :). As soon as the move is complete we will be adding more CS people which should improve the phone situation as well as response time on tickets and live chat.

More packers and shippers will also be hired when there is room for them to walk around lol...

The move will be happing a piece at a time over the next month. So please bare with us during this transition time...I am sure everyone can relate to the chaos a move can cause. We will be doing it over time so it should not be that much of a disturbance....however there may be some bumps along the way and we ask for your support as you have done in the past. :)

It looks to me that all the vendors are expanding or moving in to bigger warehouse space,,,,the thing that gets me is If the FDA is the big boogie man,why all the growth going on in the e-cig business ?

it looks to me that if they thought that the FDA was going to throw a wrench in to things,they all would be taking a wait and see attitude.

i hope it all works out well for all of us,if the FDA runs true to form it might take money to grease their palms.

we all know they are crooked and not to be trusted,,they can't or won't do their job the right way and yet they want to mess with us.

Congrats, SI!

As far as the FDA goes, I hope that a fair bit of that lease is already paid for. As I learned recently from online poker and online file sharing, if the US wants to shut down something - they'll do it and swiftly.
OTOH, this is just 1 more small step toward the IPO, huh? By the way, I hope SI is at least incorporated by now:)

as far as this aussie thinks....I so hope it all goes well si...........ive tried 2 aussie vendors....in the last few weeks....one didn't even bother to get back to me....like its been over 2 wks...and the other hasn't even processed my order yet....after nearly a week..........so all the best with the move imagine and si team....who have always done right by me....many thanks:thumbs:
