I requested a sample awhile back and never heard anything so I sent another request a few days ago. I did this with a leg business name both times. We will see what happens. In the meantime I got some Humco from wal-mart....

I have seen this on so many forums that I wonder if they are getting wise to all of these orders? There has to be 100s if not thousands of people that got this VG. Just a guess but I figure sooner or later they would catch on.

i think they have a monthly allotment, it seems there is always a group of people that receive it within a few days of each other, then a few stragglers after that, then we don't hear of anyone receiving any for a few weeks.

Not sure how many of you got this freebie but all I asked for was a pint. They sent me this huge bucket of the stuff. Did any of you get the same bucket and if you did what is the easiest way to get it out of there without making a huge mess? I want to put it in some bottles that already have some PG in them and I want to put some in the old Humco bottles that I got from Walmart.

Not going through 11 pages to see If this has been suggested. However in making my mead I use a small tube to "Siphon" off the top of my 5gl batches for bottling.
I think you could use this method for less of a mess......

I just use a 60 cc catheter tip syringe to draw it out of bucket and fill a 60 ml bottle. Very easy and no mess

I ordered and received mine last year, hardly took 3 days, but I did already have a business name, and I did use my business application (kicking myself now that I didn't order the gallon sizes! ha!) HOWEVER, I have heard of folks receiving it months later.. I wouldn't give up hope. Perhaps try again?

I've tried twice & nothing. I actually do make natural bath and body products in my legitimate business too.

My first couple attempts I put in different kinds and 3 qts for each and never heard anything. My third attempt I said "eliquid" for the "use" of it and only put in for 2 qts of two different kinds. I received a confirmation email the next day (with tracking information for UPS) and a box with 4 qt bottles showed up about 6 days later.
Don't give up. Just keep trying.

I put down my husbands work address and said it was for soap making. Maybe the difference is that it didn't go to a residential address? I don't have a business license. (and I don't make soap...shhh)

I do have one (or I did) and I do make art/crafts (which is the application I used) It went through fine, but I cant remember if I still had the license when I signed up. This was last summer, I think.. Just wondering if that made a difference, since that could be something they could check (since *anyone* could say they have a biz)
