I got my Prodigy V1 today and all I can say is WOW! I'm totally blown away. This definitely gets the job done and then some. It was most definitely worth the wait.

After I burnt through 4 atomisers and finally learned how to vape with this miracle, I could only handle a few hits before I couldn't take anymore. The gang at Pure Smoker has hit the jackpot with high voltage vaping. I'm in love . If anybody is hesitating to buy one, DONT. Just do it. This thing is a must. :thumb:

I find that the higher voltage 901 devices work better atomizer wise with real Dse atomizers all my dse are fine at 5.7 volts and the Rn's heat up to much and go thru juice way to fast

Yeah, I just noticed that the 5th atomizer is a true DSE. So far, still going strong :D

I love the RN on the Prodigy. The DSE is good as well. I think the key to prolonging the life of both is taking short drags (2-3 seconds) so as not to overheat the atty constantly. Long draws are not necessary, I used to love taking loooong drags, I had no problems hitting the 11 second cut-off on the Janty Stick, but on the Prodigy I get a satisfying vape with only a 2-3 second drag.

When I vape, if the atty gets warm, I put it down for a few seconds in between drags. It's easy to monitor this by placing your index finger against the atty. When it gets warm you can tell easily. Below is a picture that illustrates how I hold the prodigy while I vape. I've had two atomizers die on me while I've had the Prodigy (2 days shy of a month now). They were both at least a month old before I got the Prodigy.

One additional thing that can kill an atty quick is running it dry. Keep it moist. If the pip tip black carts aren't doing it for you look into using carts for the 510 on the 901 or the round tip orange 901 carts. Both of those carts have a greater capacity than the black pip tip carts.

Hello! I just wanted to say Ive had a "dead" atomizer, a RN4072, my 1st and only one (man have I been lucky) and its the one that came with my 1st pen-style e-cig. Its been in what I call The E-Graveyard box I keep in the back of my supply bag for a couple of months. It didnt work no matter what I did after using it for a month or so. Well, I plugged it into my prodigy out of curiosity, dripped 2 drops of TW Coffee flavor onto it thinking its probably a waste of juice, took a draw, and OMG it hit harder than my good 801 atomizers! Had me coughing! Just though Id share this as it surprised the heck out of me.
