Here's a quick little video I posted on upgrading your Prodigy V3 switch with common parts from a hardware store. You can do this for about $1.00 and will get the same performance as the upgrade kit offered by puresmoker. This does not apply to anyone who has a Prodigy V3.1; only the original V3.

Thanks Chris. I had the same problem with my Icon that I had purchased second hand. Owning a few all mechanical devices it was a no brainer for me (conductivity) So I went to my garage and got a brass screw and it was night and day.

Thanks for the tip wrt the bottom washer. I had originally had 3 on top, now 2 and 1
