not sure but a bigger battery means the mod will be bigger, but besides that I think the 18650 is a good battery platform and this has prob. crossed the minds of the people at Puresmoker to bring a 18650 mod into production.

Prodigy V1 takes the 18650...might be able to snatch one up in the classifieds.
