I haven't seen this one addressed yet.

Since switching from smoking to vaping, I've needed to blow my nose frequently. The need to blow my nose wakes me up at least once per night, usually twice. It's not just at night -- that's when it's least convenient, but the same thing is true all day.

I can live with this. I wonder what's up, though. I guess my nose, throat, and lungs are irritated and are producing more mucus to deal with it. Okay, fine, but why didn't this happen when I smoked? Surely vaping isn't worse than smoking.

I don't think it's a PG reaction. I've vaped VG-only, with no change.

Does anyone have any theories?

There was another thread started in here similar to this. Same thing happened to me. I suddenly realized that I was able to breath out of my nose really well. I think the vape cleared up my sinuses that had been clogged for years. If you are breathing better, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe vape a little less in the evening.

I don't think so . . . it's been months, and I don't think I'm breathing any better than before the switch. Using VG-only juice didn't help, either.

I can totally live with this. It's just weird.

About a month in, I developed a runny nose that just wouldn't quit. It lasted a month or more before going away. I had a similar occurrence last week. I'm completely sure the first was vape related; not so sure of the most recent. In neither case did I have any related symptoms.

For what it's worth I am still at 70% pg and 36 mg/ml.

After you quit smoking your body goes through a process of cleaning itself out, which was nearly impossible before. The tar and other ingredients in smoke suppress your body's self-cleaning mechanisms, so much of this has to be done after you quit. My guess is your sinuses are finally clearing out :) give it some time and see if it goes away on its own.
