That is a very nice looking poster Kent, and conveys NT point perfectly.
There are a few things that stick out to me...well, things that I personally would change. At the top of the poster, there are the words "Members Choice Awards." I notice there was a drop shadow effect used on those words. The only way I could tell there is the effect is because it casts a shadow on the letters T - O - E and C on the text of "2014 Best Of ECF." I think the reason it is an eye sore to me Kent is because of the black background no other place do you see the drop shadow.
"Our award winning recipe is consistency, quality, and integrity," text at the very bottom of the poster, I would personally change the font to Lucida Calligraphy with italic's. Lucida Calligraphy will compliment the 2 fonts used throughout the poster very nicely, plus it will make all of your fonts "pop." The rule of thumb is to use 3 different fonts on an advertising poster.
Lastly, and just my opinion again, I would back the opacity back just a bit on the #1, #2 and #3's to show a bit more showing the details behind them. I do know that opacity can be very tricky because you do not want to deemphasize the importance of the ratings.
I hope I am not stepping out of bounds here Kent. I guess I just cannot get the Disney Graphic Artist out of me, even after retiring. Job well done.
