I have three nemesis's, the clones are of such good quality and selling for $20 & under on ebay auctions I ended up with three and use them all.
I have one setup just like a cigar with an 18500 battery, magnet switch and no regulation. I have another setup with an 18650 battery and wattage kick regulation.
The dial to set the wattage is so abstract that I sometimes wonder if it is worth it. The only way to set the wattage that I can think of is the following procedure.
1. Go to radio shack and buy a resistor of the same resistance (ohms) as the coil in your tank.
2. Solder leads/probes to the resistor
3. Put one probe on the firing pin and another on the battery.
4. Hold down the button (fire) and measure the voltage across the resistor.
5. Calculate wattage V squared divided by resistance.
6. If its not where you want it take it apart and adjust.
7. Repeat.
PITA.. I guess I am curious how others feel about a variable wattage kick module in their nemesis, worth it or not?
