Alright, I made my choice and I have to say the thoughts of all who where kind enough to post in this thread was helpful to an extent I cannot thank enough for.

So I picked up a Spark Plug mod with the Thermo extension (on sale right now for $30, wow!!).

With some new batteries and a pack of Dual Coil 510 Clear Mega Cartomizers over at MV.

So, I'm going to be vaping at 7.4 volts on a dual coil carto. If I can't get a good TH of this setup I'm giving up vaping .

thanks guys.

Uhhhhh.... 7.4 volts? How does the dual-coil work? I hope it's different than a regular coil atty/cart... 7.4 absolutely punishes attys

Believe it or not, the dual coil measures at 3.2, I know people are using them on 3.7v AND HV. I have some on order.

Still, thats like 17 watts... which will absolutely destroy your juice... if the atty even burns without popping itself.

Im not really sure how these dual-coil things work, if it split the voltage in half and ran ~8.5 watts through each coil, that would be pretty amazing... like hitting two PVs at nice wattage simultaneously...

I think it works pretty much like this. The coils are in parallel and are vertically mounted end to end in the center of the polyfill, so it's more like running two cartos at once. I.E. Running two 40 watt light bulbs in a lamp instead of a single 80w bulb.

Interesting... I'd love to hear from someone who knows for sure, very enticing new technology.
