Although I wasn't completely satisfied with their product (it just wasn't a right match for me), I think this company deserves a positive review for making good on their 30 day guarantee and having good customer service. They advertise they will refund your money with return of the kit within 30 days if you're not completely satisfied. I had the kit for about 2 weeks, used it, thought it was okay, but wasn't totally happy with it.
It was a really simple process - I notified them, they told me to pack it up and ship it back. One week later, my return was processed and my money was refunded minus the cost of shipping and the cartridges (which are non-returnable). All I had to do was send an email - no phone calls, no questions asked, no haggling, etc.
