Protank 2 and battery issue:

So, the battery started flashing at me. Okay, charge'er up. Since my favorite vape was in the protank 2 I switched my batteries-- took out the Vision Spinner (that was dying) and put in a eGo-CTwist that I had on my other-- a T3S. Flashing battery? Charged the Vision to full, and the eGo still works with my T3S. But I can't get a pull off of either battery. I'm perplexed. Been vaping for like 5 months, never run into a similar issue. Might just say fark the Protanks entirely and stick to T3S's. Easy, nice pull. I --- haha, for other new people, here's a tip. I just tried stupidsimple fix (literally just now)-- gave the coil another 1/8th turn. No more flashing light. Back to delicious strawberry banana smoothie nicotine.

Ha! That is what I was going to suggest, that your Protank wasn't making a good connection with your battery.

Same thing happened to me with an iClear 30. Just had to tighten the wick.

I felt dumb when I fixed it as I asked the question, but-- six months vaping, first time I ran into that problem. Guess I have a bit more to learn before I go into RBAs-- so want a magneto, vape production in amazing on that. Such a good hit.

LOL. Glad you solved it...
ProTank coils can be wonky - sometimes you'll get one lasts 3 weeks, then you'll get one lasts 3 days.
I guess it depends on fate. Or what kind of day the kid in China was having when he wrapped your coil.

Anyway - enjoy the vape!!
(PS - I now mix my OWN Straw-Nana flavor, that's good enough for every day - and costs like $0.05/ml)

Wish I had your luck-- I have to replace 2.2 coils every three days.

Of course, I'm at 12 mg of nicotine but fill the chamber 3 times a day

I love my pro tank but have run into a few issues with the coils(heads)... Leakage and Ohm issues... Also tried rebuilding them with ss wicks...no where near the same luck I had with my vivi nova. Still love the pro tank though...found myself vaping a nice Cuban cigar blend after the gym today with no issues! Hope it All works out for you!
