Protank 2 heads in protank 3 ????

So I accidently ordered the wrong protank for my spinner since I didn't want dual coil which the pt3 is. Anyways I have a bunch of pt2 heads laying around and I put one in the pt3 since I like the glass tank and it seems to be performing nicely. I've only been using it for a couple hours but I'm scared it will leak. Anyone try this and it run smoothly ? I know that the new dual coil head don't fit in the previous versions but the old ones do fit in the pt3

I'll move this to Clearomizers- you might get more input.

I don't use them so I can't say I've had personal experience but I've read that they weren't interchangeable.

That atomizers for the pt3 are a little bit taller. Might be ok. Never tried it but I would keep an eye on it. The pt3 atomizers won't work on the 2 because they are too tall and won't allow you to screw the base on to the tank

PT2 heads are compatible with the PT3, but the PT3 dual coil heads don't fit in the PT2.

Super interesting, I may snag a PT3 then, but I've been steering clear as I've read not to use the PT3 on an ego battery. Fact or fiction?

fact, even with my vision spinner i cant get enough voltage to get a good vape off a pt3 with the dual coil heads. ive put the pt2 heads in the 3 and they seem to be vaping great so far 1.8oHm @ 4.2V
