Take a look at the PT3 head vs a standard evod/PT/PT2 head.

Notice there is a MUCH larger flange at the end of the head, where the silicone grommet snugly fits underneath. While the older heads do have a tiny flange to them, its VERY slight, to the point you can effortlessly pull the grommet off. Now, with the PT3, the grommet is super snug on there, and you really have to PULL it off, and over the flange.

The new design protects much better against fluid leaking into the air channel, creating that awful spitty gurgling.

Ive had this tank for nearly a month now. Not a single solitary leak or gurgle. The heads are holding up really well.

I am really liking this new version- built very well, heads last long and give great flavor, fully disassemble-able, pyrex... dual coil. Dont think i can ask for anything more. And it fits nice and flush with my Provari and just looks nice.

I tried the Aspire for a while, and while the vape *could* be excellent, the heads were super inconsistent, and i had lots of gurgling and airflow issues. Ill probably keep one around with a few spare heads, but its just not reliable enough (YMMV!)
