Usually the problem is user generated...not the tank.

I disagree. Make sure head is properly installed, make sure tank is assembled correctly. Fill with juice, allow time to saturate wick. Not a lot of room for error. Still a pile of .....

The aero base help my PT II not one bit..........still a pile of .....

I amnot trying to start anything but I love my PT2's. I have two of them and one of them is a mainstay on my MVP2. You just have to learn how troubleshoot what the problem is and if you can fix it then it will work like a charm for you IMO. People coming along and saying it is a piece of .... shouldn't even be commenting on someone asking for help with a problem they have. It does absolutely nothing advising them to throw it in the trash. I believe that is something along the lines of trolling? My PT2's are what helped me quit smoking cigarettes and I don't advise anyone to just totally give up on something when it could save their life from quitting smoking like the OP. Just keep working at it buddy and if you need any more help you can PM me.

I gave up on a couple before the aero-base became available. That little sucker saved the last two! Now I love them. I also love my new aerotank. Now, that doesn't mean I'll BUY any more PT2 tanks obviously. But at least I can use the ones I have happily now.

hey guys, I desperately need help in making my protank 2 to stop leaking...omg... its like sucking the juice thru a straw.. any advice?? please help, I've clean it, dried it,and tried to tighten everything... ... or maybe suggest a tank that will not leak on me..

I had major problems with one of my PT2s. Almost no air flow, flooding galore, it was simply unvapable.

Turned out the hole in the base was too tight. This is how I solved it.
